Lynette Lo Tom is an enthusiastic home cook who likes to share what she has learned with others. She has made many mistakes and learned from them so you don’t have to make mistakes. She cooks foods from around the world, but grew up eating mainly Chinese food in Hawaii.

Her philosophy is that food is very personal and there are no wrong answers. Believe in your food preferences and you do not need to explain why you enjoy one dish over another or why you like Lima beans or cilantro or why you prefer fish over chicken.

Her three books are packed with recipes and tips. Cook so you know what is in your food and have fun while you are in the kitchen.
